Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

Join our team as a dedicated Warehouse Worker where you will engage in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations within our facility. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dock labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and cleaning the workspace.
• Organize and tidy the yard to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assist with staging and organizing products during slower periods.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and stacking.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to efficiently pick and organize products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferably, one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools is advantageous.

Work Environment

Our workplace is an older transportation facility equipped with a truck bay featuring 30 doors. Due to the nature of the ag-based transfers, the environment can be a bit dusty. We operate with a small, friendly team that values maintaining a light-hearted atmosphere while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. The work shift is from 10 AM to 2:30/3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ankeny, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
