We are currently representing a Fortune 500, large developer who is looking to hire a Warranty Service Technician for their team! Our client has several communities throughout Northern Virginia!

As a Warranty Service Technician , this individual is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction among homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items
• Facilitate all customer warranty requests and schedule subcontractors to make repairs
• Process written or electronic tickets from the supervisor for homeowner repairs
• Perform minimal and necessary repairs to homes such as drywall, small spackle jobs, texture repair, and/or painting (as needed)
• Ensure all repairs are completed within compliance standards
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations
• Develop and maintain good rapport with subcontractors and homeowners
• Resolve any issues from customers after the closing of the home
• Perform follow ups with homeowners to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 or more years of industry related experience preferred (ex. carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and/or painting)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic software
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
