Position Summary: This role serves as a senior Workday Integration Analyst responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules. This is a hands-on configuration and development role supporting ongoing Workday optimization, post-production enhancement, data flows between Workday and external systems, and operational reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation. • Develop and enhance inbound and outbound data feeds between Workday and third-party systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. • Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and execute timely resolutions. • Support post-production Workday enhancements, releases, and stabilization activities. • Create and maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, technical design documents, and testing plans. • Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into scalable integration solutions. • Build and support calculated fields and Workday custom reporting, including advanced and matrix reports. • Participate in Workday upgrade testing cycles and regression validation. Required Experience: • 4+ years recent Workday integration development experience. • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and EIBs. • Strong competency with XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, and related integration tools. • Ability to analyze and optimize existing integrations and recommend improvements. • Experience working in complex enterprise environments, ideally supporting multiple functional teams. Preferred Experience: • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. • Experience integrating Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain modules. • Workday Pro Integrations or Studio certification is a plus.
