Job Description:

Client in Boston, MA is in need of a Workday Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Project Management workstream on Workday implementation project
2. Support creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationship
3. Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Project Management issues
4. Work with client to support new requirements
5. Create Workday configurations based on requirement changes
6. Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports
7. Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
8. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
9. Architect Workday HCM solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
10. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
11. Demonstrate design options using prototyping
12. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
13. Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Primary Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of work experience
• Workday Partner certification
• 3 years of Workday Project Management Implementations
