Job Description

ODORZX INC. is seeking a motivated and experienced Working Territory Manager to join our team. As a Working Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing car washing and detailing operations within your assigned territory. This role requires extensive traveling, as approximately 50% of your time will be spent on the road visiting different locations.

Responsibilities:

1. 50%-75% travel required
2. Manage and supervise car wash and detailing operations in the assigned territory.
3. Detail/wash vehicles as needed.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
6. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implement improvements as necessary.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
8. Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
10. Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
11. Foster a culture of safety, emphasizing adherence to established protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in car washing and detailing operations.
2. Minimum 1 Year Management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of car washing and detailing processes, equipment, and products.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time or more.
7. Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
