Your Role at Artemis

1. Convert warm Zillow Flex and Market VIP appointments into successful closings.
2. Provide exceptional buyer seller consultations using our proven strategies.
3. Utilize our marketing, coaching, and support team to focus on building a sustainable, long-term business pipeline.
4. Build wealth through closings and stock revenue share opportunities .

Qualifications

1. Active Real Estate License (required).
2. Minimum 1+ year sales or real estate experience (preferred).
3. Comfortable with technology (CRM, apps, digital tools).
4. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
5. Experience with Follow-Up Boss or Flex is a significant advantage.
6. Self-starters excel in this model. Our leadership can't want it for you. If you're independent, ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated, you'll achieve your goals with us. Think: owner of your own business versus an employee mindset.

Compensation

1. 100% commission + stock + revenue share.
2. Agents on our platform typically earn $75,000 annually as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience.
3. Our top and most consistent producers earn between $200k to $450k annually.
